Superior nursing care.
A home-like environment.
The Lutheran Home at Kane is a Continuum of Care Retirement Community that provides a wide range of services for the elderly to assist with the aging process. We can provide independent living in our cottages, assisted living in our personal care facility, and skilled nursing care for short-term rehabilitation or long-term stays in our nursing home. Transitioning from one level of care to another is very easy since all of these facilities are located at our 100 High Point Drive location.
We serve our residents with a full range of programs all geared at maintaining and enhancing each person’s sense of belonging, dignity, and unique individual qualities. Special efforts are devoted to meeting our residents’ physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs in a home-like environment. We are the community's choice in nursing care based on our reputation of providing superior nursing care.
Whether looking for a nursing facility, a personal care facility, a specialized unit for Alzheimer’s/Dementia patients, or independent, secure, and maintenance-free cottage units, The Lutheran Home strives to create the ideal resident and family experience.
